GRAYLING
"Thymallus thymallus"

Two types of grayling can be found in Slovenia - the Adriatic type from the river Soča, and the Sava river type. It inhabits most of the rivers in Slovenia.

• Spawning time: March - May
• Grayling can grow up to 65 cm (25 inches), 3kg (6.5 pounds )
